At MADMIA, we want you to love your colorful socks and accessories as much as we do, so if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or store credit.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all MADMIA tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your generated return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
